沈卉卉，博士，402永利集团副教授，具有英语语言文学、管理学和海洋法律与政策跨学科背景，西安交通大学英语语言文学学士，英国兰卡斯特大学管理学硕士，402永利集团渔业资源博士。远洋渔业国际履约中心成员，联合国粮食及农业组织访问学者。研究方向：海洋视角下国别与区域研究；海洋法及渔业管理、远洋渔业政策研究；长期从事国际海洋政策及渔业法规翻译。
